Ahoy friends-
I hope everyone is staying isolated and staying safe during these wild times. Hoping this email takes your mind off the ol’ Corona virus- this is just a typical cannabis plants update from the Nevada House.
First, the plants have officially entered the “Flowering Stage” of their life cycle. After 7 weeks of receiving 18 hours of light on/6 off, we’ve now adjusted the timer for a 12 hour on/12 off cycle. This tricks the plant into thinking it’s entering the Fall Season, which will naturally cause them to start forming buds/nugs. They’ll be in the flowering stage for 6-8 weeks and may even get twice as tall during that time!
Next, thanks to Z for letting me use the device/gauge to help measure soil dampness, pH levels of soil and light intake. Definitely a useful tool.
Also, you can see from some of the plant photos that there is yellowing with some of the leaves at the bottom. I’m hoping nutrients will help bring some life back into them.
And lastly folks, stay safe out there and enjoy something different like some toaster oven S’mores (or better yet, campfire style if you can make it happen!).
Loves ya
Drew and Dora
